Post Intensive Follow up Session
(1) 50-MINUTE COUPLES THERAPY SESSION (in person or virtually) • Within 30 days of your couples intensive. After practicing what you learned in real time at home, this refresher session will help solidify strengths & identify areas that are working for you, as well as iron out any hiccups you may be experiencing through applying the new relationship skills acquired during your intensive.
Wellness Checkup
REASSESSMENT QUESTIONNAIRES • To compare with initial baseline questionnaire. To be completed by each partner 1 week prior to scheduled Wellness Checkup.
(1) 50-MINUTE COUPLES THERAPY SESSION (in person or virtually) • Within 6 months to one year of your intensive. Refreshing couples counseling session to revisit skills, implementation, & address areas for improvement.
